It's also a disappointment that the opening and closing theme and credits are missing from every episode except the so-called "reconstructed" ones.

Still, it's better to have what we've got than nothing at all. Some of the "missing" Yogi cartoons from Season Two of HH were released years ago on VHS. It's not too difficult to find at least a handful--but it would be much better to have them in their entirety as originally presented.scarecrow33https://www.blogger.com/profile/10552306802823617940noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5403931334822730200.post-78191954744462396292015-01-30T05:14:46.304-08:002015-01-30T05:14:46.304-08:00Generally speaking, all the Hanna-Barbera product ...Generally speaking, all the Hanna-Barbera product was on the same station-KYW-TV 3 Cleveland first ran Huckleberry Hound and Quick Draw McGraw in 1958 and 59 respectively (weeknights at 7) and added Yogi in 1961. The 1959-60 Yogis (13 of them) have not been released on DVD and I don't suspect they will be.Yowphttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09264605351878574044noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5403931334822730200.post-36372513587893219132014-12-31T02:01:41.106-08:002014-12-31T02:01:41.106-08:00I've got that DVD set of the Yogi Bear show, b...I've got that DVD set of the Yogi Bear show, but am I right in thinking that the original Yogi cartoons from Huck's show were only ever released on video a number of years back? The impression I get is Kellogg's generally bought or bartered time (whatever the case may have been) on the same station and at the same time slot for its kid half-hours. From 2009-13, we had Seth MacFarlane's The Cleveland Show, Family Guy, and American Dad! all in a single evening. A lineup of QD, Yogi, and first season Flintstones sounds like great viewing to me.top_cat_jameshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06365510398800837335noreply@blogger.com
