The pictures I've seen of her in the late '40s make her appear older than a teenager.<br />I'm sorry you never got a chance to meet.Yowphttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09264605351878574044noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5403931334822730200.post-5754324791510107032020-08-03T07:17:39.458-07:002020-08-03T07:17:39.458-07:00Julie Bennett was born in NYC Jan 24, 1932. Her mother Harriet, was an olney child, married to George Gordon Bennett, a New Yorker. The family including Bella moved to Los Angeles by ship arriving October 1, 1932. Her father was a real estate agent in Beverly Hills. Julie never had children. The name Bennett was adopted by her father George when he moved his family to California. Unfortunately, Julie's parents decided to break away from both of their respective families back East. It is doubtful that she knew she had family on both sides. I did a through research using ancestry.com. I almost met the ailing 88 year old in 2020, however her death March 31th prevented that possibility. fredbblockhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06355349295213222044noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5403931334822730200.post-47862048850614595892019-08-20T22:03:28.987-07:002019-08-20T22:03:28.987-07:00I’m pretty sure she was born before 1930.
